Phnom Penh: On 7th June 2023, the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) has provided an In-house Training and Mentoring Program (ITMP) on “Logical Framework Approach” for 18 ACF staff and 3 Officials of Secretariate of Arbitration Council’s staff (12 women), which facilitated by Mr. Men Nimmith, ACF Executive Director.
The session was focused on the process of project development that begin with context, stakeholder, focal problem, root causes analysis, and the effect which will be transformed into immediate, project, and overall objectives. Through the theoretical and practical session, all participants understood and did practice the project development process based on the topic provided as an example for the discussion.
ACF will continue to provide the 2nd session of In-house Training and Mentoring Program (ITMP) on “Logical Framework Approach” in the upcoming time soon in order to engage all ACF staff and SAC officials in practical ACF project development process.
